Arabian Parties

1. The promotion will run from 3 July to 25 September 2024 on Wednesdays from 10pm and is only open to Metropolitan Mayfair, Park Lane Club, and Sportsman Casino Ace, King and Queen Met Card holders.
2. Customers must confirm their attendance to the Arabian Party events with a Customer Relations Executive.
3. Customers on the guest list can collect their prize draw entries from Reception on the day of the event from 2pm to 10.50pm.
4. Customers will receive one prize draw entry per gaming visit made between the earning periods, maximum three tickets per customer.
5. Ticket earning periods are as follows: Event on 10 July, earn from 3 to 9 July; Event on 17 July, earn from 10 to 16 July; Event on 24 July, earn from 17 to 23 July; Event on 31 July, earn from 24 to 30 July; Event on 7 August, earn from 31 July to 6 August; Event on 14 August, earn from 7 to 13 August; Event on 21 August, earn from 14 to 20 August; Event on 28 August, earn from 21 to 27 August; Event on 4 September, earn from 28 August to 3 September; Event on 11 September, earn from 4 to 10 September; Event on 18 September, earn from 11 to 17 September; and Event on 25 September, earn from 18 to 24 September.
6. Draws will take place at 10.30pm, 11.30pm and 12.30am and entry tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
7. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
8. The Met Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
9. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
10. The tombola will be cleared after the final draw.
11. One winner will be drawn from the tombola per draw time and will win £1,000 in Free Play to use on the night.
12. Free Play can be redeemed at Cash Desk in exchange for non-negotiable chips to be used on tables.
13. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
14. Only one prize per customer per day.
15. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
16. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
18. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
19. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
